Dear EMGS ,
I’m a student at segi university, I have a applied for visa renewal a week ago , yet there has been no change at my visa percentage still 0% pending for payment , I have contact my university and they said that it takes EMGS 14 days to receive the payment,
Can you advise me if EMGS takes 2 weeks to receive the payment or I should contact them .
