If anyone is vaccinated for COVID vaccine and have the vaccination certificate issued from Govt of his country, do he still need to undergo quarantine in Malaysia while coming back for study?

Hi Haseeb,

Please note that in the event that you are vaccinated, you are still required to undergo the mandatory quarantine upon entry into Malaysia.

I may be reaching USM in August this year for 3 to 4 weeks.

I got response in around 1 month. Regularly check the status from EMGS and also keep the USM visa officer in loop. Best of luck I too just got my VAL dispatched to USM after a month

I will receive my VAL in 2 to 3 days and will then apply for SEV from Pakistan
