In my case, it was 15% for about 11 days then this morning it changed to 25% and aftar 3 hours it changed to 30%. I have to mention that it was yellow for 5 days in pending status.

But it depends for some of students it was less than a week-

Yeah I know but you should get a confirmation email if they start processing it. If you didn’t get an email maybe there is a problem, chech your application order for any comments from emgs (at the end of the page after you click view my application). When did you apply?
EMGS states officially tbat it takes 3 working days for your order to be created as a VAL application in the system after checking all your documents meet the specifications stated on the website, however in actual situation it may take up to 6 days.-
I applied 3 july. My order was create already, status complete but tracking passport number not found visa.

It means your VAL have been approved and should be sent to you .. you should get single entry visa if you need (through the Malaysian embassy in your country) and go to Malaysia to finish the procedures and get the visa sticker ! Yellow is because you need to go to malaysia and finish the medical check up and submit the rest of the stuff
