Good day. I received a notification stating that my passport data page is unclear and needs to be re-uploaded. However, I am currently unable to find any option on the EMGS portal to edit or replace the passport image.

Upon checking, the payment made for your visa application was not successful. Kindly reconfirm with us for the cancellation via email at ‘enquiry(at)emgs.com.my.’ This will enable you to reapply for a new application accordingly.
