Dear EMGS Team,

My payment session timed out while paying through iPay88.
Since then, my application is showing Pending Payment, but the Retry Payment button is not visible on the portal.

Please reset or unlock the payment link for my application.

Kindly help me to proceed with the payment.

  Upon checking, the payment made for your visa application was not successful. Kindly reconfirm with us for the cancellation via email at ‘enquiry(at)emgs.com.my.’ This will enable you to reapply for a new application accordingly.

    . I had already sent an email regarding the payment issue for my visa application, but I have not received any reply yet. My payment was unsuccessful, Kindly assist me with the cancellation process at the earliest, as my travel date is approaching.

      my payments keep failing everytime I try giving the reason as duplicate transaction
      i tried 2 time
      application number1: ME#########
      application number 2: ME#########
      I already mailed this issue please looking into it as soon as possible the travel date is very soon and I am way behind my schedule
