Yes you should or ur val will rejected
Yes you have to leave.when it’s %35 ,in progress with immigration if you are in malaysia they will reject you.my application rejected because i was in Malaysia.but firstly you should contact your institute and listen them suggestions.
So they will ask me to leave or not ?
Better to leave Malaysia Immegiately when it reach at 32%. Becoz after 2 days of that It will be forwarded to Immigration and if they found you in Malaysia through their system they will reject.
So they will reject it without ask me to leave ? Or they ask me to leave first ?
They will reject it and state reason that you are in Malaysia. Then your institute will appeal for you after you leave Malaysia and then you need to provide the proof of exit.
And then the process will Continue
So your process will be stuck at 35% and it may take more than 2 weeks to start process again. Otherwise from 35-38% may take only 5-6 days.
