My name is Hamza Ameed Ihsoun, and I am an international student who has received an official offer of admission from Multimedia University (MMU), Malaysia. I have initiated my student visa application in accordance with the applicable regulations.

I am writing to respectfully request your consideration for permission to enter Malaysia approximately 50 days prior to the official commencement date of my academic semester, for academic and preparatory purposes related to my status as a student.

Please allow me to explain the reasons for this request:

1. The purpose of my early entry is to settle and organize essential student-related matters prior to the start of my studies at MMU.
2. This period would allow me to secure accommodation and familiarize myself with the university environment and academic system, ensuring a smooth and timely start to the semester.
3. I intend to utilize this time for academic preparation and improvement of my English language proficiency in preparation for my academic programme.
4. As the semester commencement closely coincides with the month of Ramadan, early arrival would assist me in adapting to daily life and study routines in advance of formal academic commitments.

I would be grateful if you could kindly review my request and advise whether approval can be granted, or if any additional documentation or requirements are necessary to proceed in a proper and compliant manner.
