My application is currently at 32%. However, there is less than one week left to the tentative date of my travel, and I would appreciate it if you could expedite the process.

  Actually, if I’ll really be honest.
  Kindly note that the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department as they reserve the right to make the final assessment of the application.

  Please be advised that we are in the process of submitting your application to the Immigration Department for visa approval.
  
  The issuance of your Visa Approval Letter (eVAL) is entirely at the discretion of the Immigration Department and it will take approximately 7 – 10 working days from the
  submission date for the application to progress to the next stage. Kindly note that the process may be delayed if the Immigration Department requires an additional document or any clarification.
