I applied for certificate in business studies in segi college.

If he is applying through university then possible because there is cristmas and new year vacations altogether … and maybe the university management on leave … Just call segi and ask if they on vacations or not …

I have submitted my all documents for visa processing on 24th december 2017 but its not started yet on EMGS and now my consultant is saying its late because of long festive season.
Is it true ? Like can it happen like this?

He lied. Festive season ended on 2nd January.
