If it says status Complete in the My Account page, click View Application and see the Travel Document Number and Nationality. You have to use the same number and nationality in the Track Application Website. You could have made a mistake in Travel Document Number it Nationality.

Yes I just found the mistake. The passport number is mistake. How can I change it after the application is complete?
