U r same case as me.
First; tell ur previous institute to close ur previous EMGS; once is close u can then apply for new application.
Cancellation should take 1 up to 2 weeks. however I did it in one day by paying my institute 500RM CASH!

Im just like you.i applied Monday still showing 100%.today I called them they said in 1 or 2 more days.

Inshallah is fine.try to appeal again.

I have to show them my release letter too before I get rejected.but there was not bottom or option for it to upload it.

Wht uni? Degree or master?

How that happen?! You didn’t give ur realese letter at first or wht?
