I wanted to clarify about one statement mentioned in the news lately . “But students who are from said countries (23countries ) But are stuck abroad can apply to return ” ,, DOES this mean that if I’m from Saudia Arabia ,, but I’m currently in Dubai so I can enter Malaysia then??
