My VAL is approved, and the status progress 38%. What’s next? Any one know the remaining steps? Thanks for your help

  You have to wait for some time untill your eVAL is ready to be downloaded. Then you have to take the eVAL and Offer Letter to Malaysian Embassy in your country and get an Simgle Entry Visa (SEV). Contact your institute for more info on this.
