I want to ask emgs do my university have any right to hold my passport in case of any outstanding payment? And i have applied for withdrawal from university because of financial crises but they still want me to pay and holding my passport . I want to travel back and quit studying here . Pls update me for this if there is any rule like this . Thanks View
