First you have to email the visa unit asking them to send ” cover letter ” to EMGS.
Which will take maybe time to do so..
I prefer to email the international student center and tell them what the EMGS wants

This in case of the EMGS asked you to submit it.
BUT if the EMGS tells you they asked your institution THEN just email them for reminding them and asked them to make it fast.
this is what they send in Remarks… additional documents are required to process your application and notification has been sent to your institution rgarding this . kindly refer to your institution for further informaition
It’s for your institution to send the documents but email them for remainder
