My application is in 5% persent and i did not pay my payment ,what do i do to progress my application more than 5 % persent ? And also l chose for payment mrthod , through institution righ now whst do id plz give me anyone here knows about that includong emgs officer . View

Tell your institution that to submit the documents and the payment altogether and then your application will proceed.
