Personal Experience:
Application Process for International Students step by step:
Step 1: I contacted my university once I received registeration link from emgs website. They told me that I can go for registration after confirming my ticket and it should be 21 days onward from the day of application.
Step 2: I confirmed my ticket booking for 10th of August and informed my university. They gave me go ahead to apply on emgs website and also provide me with SOPs plus quarantine options (from USD 480 to 700).
Step 3: I registered myself on emgs website and applied on travel authorization link. After filling of initial form they asked me about my university name, address and phone number.
Step 4: I received confirmation email from emgs that my application is received and they are first going to confirm from my institute and afterwards process it. (NOTE: Dont apply before university gave you positive sign)
Step 5: I again informed my university that I applied and send them Pdf copy of my application. They were very well informed and helpful throughout this process.
Now, I am waiting for emgs approval letter.
University told me that once I get confirmation, I need to get PCR test done before 72 hours of my scheduled flight.
Also, University person will pick me up from Airport and guide me through health screening process. After 13 days University representative will get me through second test as well from designated health facility.

Hopefully, now students are more clear about all the process of applying.
