Thanks for reply, I applied new application . But my status is pending clearance from immigration Department. Payment and documents submission pending for for visa approval letter application. But my previous institution didn’t receive VAL application as I cancelled it before reach immigration Department

My current EMGS status is Closed in EMGS, I want to proceed the new visa process in other institute. Do I need to pay again or can I use the previous payment

  You have to apply for new application so, offcourse you have to pay
