Hello EMGS officer! My uni starts on 21st of March however, I just got my special pass approved last week and my insitution will submit additional documents to EMGS. Is it allowed to attend classes while VAL is in progress?

hello. how long does it take to get back ur passport from applying visa shortening and special pass? As I need to re-scan it and send to EMGS.
