Yes you will need your EVAL print out in colour and your certificate with your yellow card vaccine

Dear emgs officers, 1. I want to know if I need the hard copy of my val to proceed with my Visa application at Malaysian embassy Nigeria, 2. What is the site for downloading Val. Thanks a lot in anticipation of your kind reply.
