Wait for a day it will let you download it once it reaches 70%

Wait for 1 to 3 days till it reach 70% after that you can download your VAL from the EMGS web .. after that you can enter Malaysia in any time .. Good luck.

Wait when Val to be develop be EMGS and will release for downloading then your/ institute will download.

well so my institute will contact me when its downloadable so i can apply for visa?

Apply for single entry visa through ur country’s embassy or their recognized agents

After getting SEV BOOK UR ticket and fly to Malaysia and do lots of study..:)

10-12 working days.
Submit yr passport with the ticket of ur flight to malaysia along with the VAL and it will take 1 to 2 days
