Asalamualikum everyone

My visa application percentage has been at 35% green since the submission to Immigration Department on 12th of September although EMGS says that it would take approximately 7-10 working days to progress to the next stage… Unfortunately discouraging and disappointing situation indeed..
My offer letter from UTP… who else are in the same case?
