Salam guys. My process is pending and EMGS stated they want another photo but i didn’t understand what kind of photo they want from me.

Tell your photographer to take your picture without over editing it. You just have to take another picture. Some photographers over edit picture.

Asalamu alaykum guys. My student record has created on EMGS 7days ago and still is 0% percentage and statues stated that emgs will begin as my process as soon as my documents and payment are submitted to emgs but my uni told me they already submitted any idea guys?
