Good morning EMGS,
It’s been 4 days exactly since I last sent all the remaining documents. It showed on the application that it would take from 1-4 working days to submit my documents for the VAL approval, but so far I haven’t received any news from either EMGS and the institution. I’d really like to know since my intake is for July so. Thank you!-

I don’t mean to be rude, but what exactly is EMGS photo standard? I sent 3 photos, 2 taken in booths by professionals, but still nothing?
By the way I have already sent the required documents (Official Transcript) to my institution and they had already submitted them on Monday.

1.Please be advised that we required correction on your photo because it has scratch mark on your face. Photo is a very important part of an application as it will be used to print your student pass and iKAD. Please take note that your application might get rejected if the photo submitted does not fulfill the requirements. Thus,…[Read more]

Although the photo I sent didn’t have any scratch mark on my face, I’ll still send a new one.
As for the Offcial Academic Transcript, I’ll have to check with my counselor since, I’m not sure I still understand that.
Either way thank you, and hopefully I’ll get this resolved today.

How do you upload the new photograph? You send it through your uni?

If you applied by your institution then you have to pass them your photo and they upload it.

Good morning! So I’m getting different messages through the website and the app.
The app shows 15% *Green*, yet the Website shows 15% *Orange*, and it tells me to submit the official acedemic transcript which, I already did weeks ago. Plus it tells me to send another photo that matches their EMGS standards, which I already did.

Because I already have a booked flight with a ” No Refund Policy ” and was wondering what the consequenseces are.
