Because I already have a booked flight with a ” No Refund Policy ” and was wondering what the consequenseces are.

Good morning! So I’m getting different messages through the website and the app.
The app shows 15% *Green*, yet the Website shows 15% *Orange*, and it tells me to submit the official acedemic transcript which, I already did weeks ago. Plus it tells me to send another photo that matches their EMGS standards, which I already did.

I don’t mean to be rude, but what exactly is EMGS photo standard? I sent 3 photos, 2 taken in booths by professionals, but still nothing?
By the way I have already sent the required documents (Official Transcript) to my institution and they had already submitted them on Monday.

Although the photo I sent didn’t have any scratch mark on my face, I’ll still send a new one.
As for the Offcial Academic Transcript, I’ll have to check with my counselor since, I’m not sure I still understand that.
Either way thank you, and hopefully I’ll get this resolved today.
