After 35% it took 2 month to get your eVal? Or the whole process took 2 months?

It’s been 3 weeks since my documents were submitted to immigration department but still my status is 35% green. However my husband got his eVal after 4 days of immigration department receiving his docs

Students are not longer required to obtain the Lou for their entry to Malaysia. The remaining procedures remains the same.

I have already submitted and they have replied “Please be informed that your form is ready to submit to VAL approval.
There are other instructions for applying.”

I cant ! There is no downloading button or anything , it is written refer to your institution for further information and my institution have not send anything , I emailed them and their answer was you need and eVal!

Fill in a Letter of Undertaking and Indemnity (LOU) and email it to the Embassy of Malaysia at least three (3) days before departure date…?!

May I ask a question, as I am a new student
In which step were you able to travel???
Is it only when you get the student pass in the last step? Or in some step in between you travelled to Malaysia?
I appreciate your response-
You can travel when you get your VAL and travel authorization (which is at 80%). Rest 20% will be completed when you are in Malaysia

Also, please note that I reached 80% in two months time. The major delay happened here in malaysia (from 80 to 100)

I am pretty sure they will start processing new eVals now, as I myself was stuck here in Malaysia for the last 4 months without my passport, waiting for my student pass..
