Dear EMGS Office, I understand some departments are working from home and their resources are limited, and are receiving hundreds of emails daily. With the recent news regarding the closure of the Cyberjaya Immigration office, May we know when it will be open next. Some of us have our Travel Authorization application stuck at 40% and visas about to expire. Please may we know when next the office will be open as I have postponed my ticket twice? Thank you.

Same here I saw it on Facebook also for 2 days. But EMGS said until further notice which is confusing. I hope they can share more information about this.
@nadya the news was about putrajaya immigration (closed for 2days) but the cyberjaya immigration is the one that is closed until further notice.

We are unable to provide you with an exact time frame as the Immigration Department has suspended processing applications. Therefore, we will only be able to advise you once the Immigration Department resumes the application process.
