My application is on progress with immigration with 35 percentage, and it took more than 20 days from 27 August.

Hi, I have contacted EMGS and they have replied to me, in less than a day. This website is not really accurate but try to contact them via email at enquiry(at)@emgs.com.my or via call at 03-2782 5888. Their operating hours are between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays.
