Halo,
Hello,

I am accepted in USM for the September Semester 1 intake 2018/2019. I went to the public clinic for my health checkup for USM and am expecting my lab results on Friday, the 10th of August, 2018.

Will I be able to make an EMGS account and pay for USM before this Friday, and when I recieve my medical records, I will submit those as a follow up.

  Hello Fin…. You need not to upload the medical records right now. You can submit you eVal application without medical records. You will have to go thru post-arrival medical evaluation at the University medical center. As far as i know pre arrival checkup is only for prive University candidates.
