My application recod was created on 04 Aug and i have received the VAL on 27 Sep almost 53 days

My application was submitted to Immigration Department on 9-Sep-2022 and received my VAL on 27-Sep-2022 . It took almost 18 days including holydays.

Yes Brother this is my first time and I am joining Sunway University Business School, Ph.D Business Administration program.

My case is submitted to Immigration Department on 09-Sep-2022 and Haven’t received my VAL yet . But they have mentioned that VAL will be issued within 7 to 10 Working days .

Your University will directly send the University Accommodation address to EMGS and in my view its Good option to have residance on Campus

Declaration of Accommodation is very important document, U have to provide your residence address to Your University and your University will update it to the EMGS

It means your University haven’t created your record at EMGS. So wait for it

Its batter to have a booster Dose.
