Thanks for getting back to me, how should I know if I need SEV ? And do I need to go to the malaysian embassy when I get my EVAL ? Thanks
-
Which country do you belong to? I can guide you accordingly.
-
I’m somalian brother , thanks for the guidance

Brother I checked on various websites and forums. It seems that Somalia citizens can have visa free entry for 30 days into Malaysia. 30 days are more that enough for you to complete the student PASS application. However, I would recommend if you contact the Malaysian embassy in your country, they can clarify your issues.

I know that , but I am applying in a public university. First I have to confirm whether pre medical checkup is compulsory or not.
-
Yes. Your university should tell you if it’s compulsory for you or not.
-
No it is not. But you have to do the medical anyway. If you dont do it from the approved medical center of Malaysian immigration in India, you will be required to do it in Malaysia at the time of registration at your university. Nonetheless, it is not the requirement for visa at this stage.

And since you are from India, you have to perform medical check at EMGS registered clinics.
