I am a PhD applicant in UTM, Johor Bahru. My VAL is ready. Due to family problem I can’t move now. I want to come in May. Is it possible? University will accept it? Dear EMGS help me please. Anyone experienced this kind of situation? – please share. /thanks

  Yes you can defer ur admission, Apply in ur university

  Your university is in the best position to answer your question about deferment of admission….mind you your eval is valid for only six months I think
