Dear sir,
My VAL is approved in November for doing PhD. However, due to my family problem I can’t go to that university & I have to switch university. Therefore, I requested EMGS as well as university to cancel VAL. EMGS already got the notification from university. But still VAL is not cancelled. I planning to come in September. I am in worried. When VAL will be cancelled? Thanks.
