Hi,
I am from Saudi, are new dependants allowed to enter Malaysia? If so what I need to do please?

  Please be informed that the dependant is allowed to travel to Malaysia, however you are required to refer your institution for the dependant application.

    I am confused could you clarify more please. I asked the university 2 weeks ago they said I have to wait until the tourism opens then I bring them and apply for the visa. Is there another way?
