It means, when u arrive at Malaysia, no need to queue on immigration for passport foreign. You can directly go to autogate (beside immigration for passport foreign) for student, it’s more faster.

But after 10 working days I was emailing EMGS and cc to visa unit of my university for following up. Hopefully u guys will get soon.

If ur country can get VOA when arrive in Malaysia, so u just need eVAL only.
For eVISA, u can apply by online.
