Dear sir / madam,

My Val expires on 21st of October 2021. Due to the ban imposed by Malaysian government to students from certain countries including Sri Lanka, I will not be able to enter Malaysia. In addition considering the current surge in delta variant in Sri Lanka, it may not be possible to leave Sri Lanka I suppose.
Therefore please kindly let me know the possibility of extending my Val. What should I do to proceed with extending my Val.

  Please inform your university about your eval, then they will apply to emgs for extension
