Yes, students are now allowed to apply for dependents visas.

As far as i know that student must get the Student Pass so that dependents can apply for an entry visa.

Hello..
I’m Fateh From Yemen and I have 2 question please.1-I have done my Bachelor degree in Malaysia and go back to Yemen on 10/09/2020 and my visa was valid for 5 more months and I didn’t cancel it.
And I have applied to Master degree and I got the offer letter from university ,Travel authorisation and eval. The question is :-

If the expired visa were an issue, you would have not got the eval or travel authorisation.
When you arrive at Kuala Lumpur Airport, ask for a visa upon arrival.
