Dear EMGS Officer,

I have requested the Explanation Letter from my institute many times, but they are refusing to provide it. They have only issued a Release Letter. Could you please advise me on an alternative document that would be acceptable, or kindly contact my institute directly to explain the required Explanation Letter? I have done everything I can, but I am unable to obtain this document.
