The thing is students can re appeal if EMGS reject the application but once the passport is with immigration and they rejects, their is no way to re appeal. Because their decision is final decision even if there is something wrong.

I want to share my experience with visa renewal.
My cgpa was 1.7 due to my health issues and I had a surgery too.
So when I submitted my documents to the visa processing unit I asked them like 100 times that what is the chances of getting the visa. And every time they told me normally when a student has low cgpa 1.5-1.9 the emgs give them…[Read more]-

At this time you can’t delay the semester or do incomplete exam for health reasons!!-

I had the same problem but my problem was I change university with low cgpa and I got rejected than I wait 3 month to appeal than I got rejected again tahn I canceled than I submit new application and I got Val after wait around 10 month

i have already missed my intake. everyone’s application is updating in 3-4 days. it’s been 2 weeks already but my percentage is still same and stucked

Since 13 September my Application Status was 50% up to this moment. I email them but no concrete reply.

yes and now i am on special pass which will expire after 10 days
is there any way to know why my val got rejected? and can i reapply?-

i asked both university before shorten my visa that do i need to go back or not,they said i can live here with my special pass and my new university gave me a special pass.i cancelled my visa which was under my old university. is there any way to do something?
