  Please be informed that there is no specific time frame for the Visa Approval Letter (VAL) cancellation process as it is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. You may give us a call at +603 2782 5888 or drop us an email at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my from Monday to Sunday from 9 am to 8 pm including Public Holidays in regards to your application status.
