Use photoshop or windows editor and change the brightness of the picture and try it untill it works. (Worked for me)

If u mean the online photograpg checker it doesn’t work will my photo showed 2errors and I submitted it any way and emgs accepted it

How can I send photo to emgs?
I have submitted the documents through my university. Then I got the notification from emgs that I have to send the photo again. Then I took new photo and sent it through university. Now I think either the university didn’t do it correctly or there is something wrong. I don’t know what to do now.-

Email EMGS your photos. You can also send photos to university as they are directly in contact with immigration department too. For photos requirement, there is an online tool on EMGS site to check whether you photo meets Immigration requirements or not.
