I have tried to contact them multiple times. I have called several times at different times of the day but nobody picks up the phone and no replies to my emails as well. At the start of Feb I was told that because there was a change of place of departure (from Riyadh, KSA to New Delhi, India), it was taking time. But now another month has passed…[Read more]

The university is fully aware of it and it is yellow because of the medical checkup and insurance both are pending as they are to be done once I am in Malaysia. That is not the poing here. My concern is that the process of renewal of VAL is taking too much time. I had applied for the renewal back in November 2021, but there has been no progress…[Read more]

That is indeed very long. Do contact EMGS again and tell them you’ve been waiting for 4 months.

First of all, contact your university
Second, I think the reason for the 100% yellow is because u still didn’t submit ur passport, Just a guess
But u need to contact ur university as soon as possible they will be able to help u/-
