When I will attend my online classes. I am PhD student. My profile showing its 32%. At which percentage I will be allowed to take my online classes? View
If you’re new students, all new students application will stop on 32% (and will not go further until immigration department finally allow to continue the process for new students to 100%).
Where in that 32% percentage you will also get emgs approval letter, so you can do online classes later on

Student’s can study online once they have received their EMGS approval letter. Kindly refer https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/emgs/application/searchForm/, followed by keying in your passport number and selecting your nationality. This will enable you to download your EMGS approval letter.
