Hi EMGS
for dependents who have 15 years old . should they have vaccination card ??

  Kindly note that the entry procedures for international students (inclusive of their dependants) is subject to the guidelines from the National Disaster Management Agency (NADMA). Hence, it is advisable to refer to them for further advise.
