Pls emgs my status has been on 70% since 12/3/2018 when is it going to complete 100% is getting late

Good day EMGS pLs my Val has been approved since 09/03/2018 and on 12/03/2018 I was updated that is ready to download but I couldn’t get it downloaded and my status is still in 70% till now,what could be wrong pls?
