It’s been fourteen business days. Why is my passport still in the immigration office? I need to get my original passport before Friday to transfer my car.

My school is still 80% of the progress of visa renewal. I think my progress has been 100% in the past six days. I haven’t prompted me to take my passport, and the history from the beginning of the application has disappeared. Only the application has been closed, the application is completed and the refund is returned and 100% is displayed.

the school emgs did not call them to collection my passport，they can not ask emgs what happened

the school say they did not know how about this. i saw already 100%，they saw in there system is 80%，bcz i must need back to home at this Thursday. i don not know what happen

i saw “Your Student Pass Renewal application has been completed with refund involved. Kindly refer to your institution for further information.” it’s three working days ago，i still did not collection my passport.
