Good say, my application is stuck in 15 percent from past 3 months only for the release latter from my past college, i went to my past college no response they are not giving me release letter , i don’t what to do, i went to emgs by myself, and send emails , they are still required Release latter from past college, I don’t know what exactly going ok, any one pls suggest me should in stop the process and cancel my plane to study in malaysia ? Or is there any other alternative pls tell me .

  Unless and until you can’t provide the required document in your case which is more likely the transcript, the emgs officials cant take any step.

  But i were not completed education from my past college, so that I don’t have any transcripts, i only have my educational docs, the only reason is Release latter.
