Dear EMGS Staff,
I applied to student pass renewal on 25 December 2025 through link sent by my university. My pass will expired on 21 April 2026. However, no update is shown in my EMGS profile.
Passport number: YX9696337 . Omani.
University Tenga National. Can you check and update.

  We have not received your renewal application in our system yet. Please contact your institution to follow up, as they are responsible for creating the application on your behalf.

Dear EMGS staff,

I am a PhD student, currently studying online.My Student pass will expire on 21 April 2026 and I want to delay the renewal until the beginning of June 2026.The reason I want to bring my family during the summer leave. Kindly, could advise whether such delay is permissible and if so, what the procedure I should follow?

  Please be informed that a renewal application should be made as early as 3 months before the student’s pass expiry date. We recommend that you liaise with the institution to provide guidance on their specific policies and procedures regarding Student Pass renewal.
