How I am suppose to pay all my charges? Like when I come to malaysia ,all the fee and other charges will be paid in Dollars or Malaysian ringgitt?

  Hello, bring dollar with you and after you get malaysia you must do the change from dollar to malaysia ringgit( not all of your money because you must find the best change office) after that you will pay all in ringgit
