I have already submitted home quarantine application. However, I have to change the address and contract of the unit. Is it possible? Can anyone explain if this is possible? Thanks. View

Along with vaccination certificate you will need Plane tickets. Val and Travel Authorization letter. You can also upload the Visa or the house rent contract paper in the additional documents slot.

Thank you for replying. May I know if I can submit the application without the tenancy agreement contract? Because I am supposed to get that contract after arrival.

Hi Faiza. You will need to contact mysafetravel and tell them about this issuse. I don’t know about home quarantine because my quarantine was in the hotel. But when I arrived at the airport, I noticed that they arranged for transportation and the driver dropped me at the address indicated in application.
